Returns and Exchange Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, un-used, un-washed and with all original tags attached.
  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return any eligible item for international orders (outside Nigeria) and 10 days for local orders.
  • Certain items such as jewellery, custom-made pieces, or final sale items are not eligible for returns.
2. How To Initiate A Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our customer service team at customerservice@zinkata.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  3. Ensure that the RAN is clearly indicated on the package. Without it, returns may not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
4. Customs and Duties
  • All customs duties, taxes, and fees associated with international returns are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.
5. Refunds and Processing Time
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges for international orders. If you would like a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery for assistance. We will arrange for a return and provide a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
